HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number within fourteen days of receiving your order
- Please note that all returns should be sent back with the Avenue Sol shoe box included in unworn, new condition.
- Please ensure when returning that the Avenue Sol box is protected using the carton provided.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and may use any services that provides tracking information.
- Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment once we receive the returned item.
- Credit card refunds usually appear on your statement immediately, but sometimes may take several days.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Av Sol, we’ll do all we can to help. As long as your
Avenue Sol item is unworn/unused, in new condition, and sent back within 14 days of delivery we accept returns in full. When trying on shoes, please do so on carpet. To get started with your return or exchange email us at email@example.com and we will take care of it from there.

- A return request outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately
